Currently seeking admin/leasing professional for a temporary assignment at an apartment community in Greenville SC

Responsibilities of the Experienced Leasing Consultant

• Provides top notch customer service for prospective residents and current residents
• Leads tours of the community showing model and vacant apartment homes and showcasing amenities with the goal of closing a sale
• Contacts and tracks all internet leads, referrals and walk-ins
• Prepares and processes lease applications
• Collects rental payments from residents each month
• Assists with coordinating resident events and activities

Requirements of the Experienced Leasing Consultant

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a leasing, property management or admin role
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent follow up and follow through skills
• Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and exposure to social media

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Greenville, SC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
